The venue or event promoter makes the final decision on whether or not to issue a refund. EvolutionTIX assumes no responsibility for making any such decision, and will have no responsibility to issue refunds. If a refund is issued, EvolutionTIX will issue refunds for all online and telephone purchases. If you purchased your tickets through a retail outlet, please return to the outlet you purchased your ticket from for a refund. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL SERVICE, PROCESSING, OUTLET, AND/OR DELIVERY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ONLY THE FACE VALUE AND ANY APPLICABLE FACILITY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.
Q. What is the exchange or refund policy?
All sales are final unless the event is cancelled, postponed, or has significantly changed after you have purchased your tickets. If the event was cancelled, you will automatically be refunded (minus service fees). A. There are no refunds. However, if an event was canceled or postponed, then instructions will be provided as to how to contact the event promoter directly for instruction on how to receive a refund. Their contact information can be found on the event page on EvolutionTIX.com

A. Unfortunately, refunds can only be issued if the event is canceled or postponed.
